School Wings

DPS R.N. Extension is a progressive CBSE Affiliated School with state-of-art infrastructure; IT enabled classrooms and a close network of CCTV cameras to ensure safety and security of each child.

PRIMARY WING

Our Primary wing comprises of the Classes Nursery – V. This is the nascent stage of a child wherein the child enters the school for his/her development. We provide a supportive environment wherein each child is taken care off. We provide an environment that encourages children to be curious learners. Here we treat each child as a unique individual with specific needs or abilities, in order to provide a holistic development of the child. In Nursery and Prep we focus on letter-sound association, pre-number concepts, rhymes etc. We aim to provide an environment for them to be able to communicate, interact, express and improve their emotional and cognitive development through fun filled activities. The curriculum fosters exploration and investigation using a variety of resources. From Classes I-V, we focus on both scholastic and co-scholastic development of a child into a child-centric progression catering to overall development of the child.

MIDDLE WING

Our Middle wing comprises of the Classes VI-VIII wherein we provide an environment to focus on the intellectual development. They require an engaging and a holistic curriculum that will help them to face the real life scenarios.

SECONDARY AND SENIOR SECONDARY WING

Our Secondary and Senior Secondary wing comprises of the Classes IX-XII as they move to the final years of schooling. This is the important stage of the child’s development. At this stage, we provide an environment to children wherein they are engaged, guided, motivated and prepared for life to be able to cope with the outside world. Teaching strategies are more comprehensive and concrete.
