An educational trip to the National Museum, Delhi was organized by DPS R.N.Extension for the students of classes VI to VIII on Saturday,13th July,2019.The National Museum houses a variety of articles ranging from pre-historic times to modern era. The collection includes artifacts from Harappa, medieval era, the Mughal period and also those influenced by Buddhism. The museum has in its possession a massive collection of over 5000 year old art work by artists from across the world. The students were also treated to a brief film introducing the museum and its collections. Such visits to museums enable the students to understand the life of people in the bygone eras and make the lessons relating to such periods in history more interesting.
The parent mobile app is a communication platform connecting the school and parents using a technological thread. The app grants an up-to-date view of the child's school life to the parents and keeps them in the loop.
