An Earth Week was observed at DPS R.N.Extension with a plethora of activities. Assembly, Plantation and caring for plants were among the activities conducted from Monday, 22 nd April, 2019 onwards. On Thursday, April 25, 2019, a poster making activity was conducted for classes III to IX, the theme of which was - My Dream Earth. The students were allowed to use any medium to express their ideas. Some showed their flair with pastel colours while others with water colours. The outcome of their efforts was a treat to the eyes. The students vied for the prize by putting all their imagination into their work and it was indeed hard to judge and pick the best. This activity was a two -pronged one – it was a competition as well as an awareness drive.
The parent mobile app is a communication platform connecting the school and parents using a technological thread. The app grants an up-to-date view of the child's school life to the parents and keeps them in the loop.
