DPS R.N. Extension organized Orientation Day for the academic session 2019-20 to introduce the new comers and the parents to the ethos and general working of the school. The day is also organized to make the students feel secure and comfortable in their long journey called education. The day started with the lighting of the lamp and a prayer. The Principal Mrs.Pallavi Upadhyaya welcomed the gathering of eager parents. The parents were taken on a virtual tour of the school through a PPT. The PPT elaborated on the curriculum, teaching methodology, systems in place, infrastructure and facilities offered in a nutshell. All the teachers of Pre- primary to senior school and the admin staff were introduced to the parents. The cultural programme comprising a yogic dance, school band performance and dance performances kept the audience mesmerized. The day ended with the singing of the National Anthem
The parent mobile app is a communication platform connecting the school and parents using a technological thread. The app grants an up-to-date view of the child's school life to the parents and keeps them in the loop.
