Yoga Session by ISHA FOUNDATION

Delhi Public School, R.N.Extension in association with Isha Foundation organised a session on Yogic Practices in the school premises on 6th July 2018. The session was conducted in two shifts wherein students of classes III to X participated enthusiastically. The school Pro Vice Chairperson, Mrs Santosh Bansal Ma'am graced the event with her benign presence. 
The aim of the session was to teach the basic yoga postures to students. The basic hand & neck postures were emphasised upon. Also breathing exercises & chanting of mantras was done effectively. 
The school Principal, Mrs Pallavi Upadhyaya encouraged the students & teachers to inculcate yoga in their daily lives.
The session proved to be a real fruitful one.
