Manodarpan-World Mental Health Day

On This International Mental Health Day, D.P.S, R.N.Extension students & staff celebrated & commemorated an event “Manodrapan” through a series of activities aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and breaking the stigma surrounding seeking help during challenging times.

This included classes IV & V watching thought-provoking videos on emotional health, classes VI-VIII watching the movie "Tare Zameen Par" to promote positive mental health perspectives, and classes IX and XI expressing their emotions through an art competition.

Additionally, on October 10th, the faculty participated in an online survey on Teacher's mental well-being, emphasizing the importance of mental health support. The event encouraged the message that it's okay not to be okay and that seeking help is a positive step.

Mobile App

The parent mobile app is a communication platform connecting the school and parents using a technological thread. The app grants an up-to-date view of the child's school life to the parents and keeps them in the loop.
