Crown Making Activity - Nursery | Janmashtami Celebrations

“Art has the role in education of helping children become like themselves instead of more like everyone else.”

Delhi Public School R.N. Extension celebrated the festival of Janmashtami with fervour and zest.  Students of Nursery thoroughly enjoyed crown making. The students used glitters, decorating material like mirror, colored beads, ribbons, stones, colored papers to decorate the crown. Students enthusiastically participated in the online activity. Students made beautiful crowns under the supervision of their teachers.

During this activity children were explained why do we celebrate Janmashtami? How do we celebrate this festival? Our little Depsites participated in this activity with great zeal and energy. This activity help children grow in physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development.  Activity helped our children to develop aesthetic and fine motor skills.
